SAR-TFA is the floating aid kit specifically designed for aquatic rescues. It works in combination with the Tyrah AR rescue triangle harness and the N‑E‑XT™ spine immobilization device to facilitate safe recovery of trauma patients from water environments

SAR-TFA is the floating aid kit to be used in combination with the TYRAH AR and the N-E-XT for the recovery of an injured patient in the aquatic environment also by lifting (Tyrah AR).

• Water buoyancy: Added flotation support for recovering patients from deep or turbulent water.

• Integrated use: Seamlessly attaches to the Tyrah harness and N‑E‑XT board for secure and stable extrication.

• Rapid deployment: Ideal for emergency response in marine, flood, or river rescue operations.

Applications:

• Immobilization – Patient is secured on the N‑E‑XT board.
• Harnessing – Tyrah AR harness is applied.
• Floatation – SAR-TFA kit is attached to introduce buoyancy, enabling safe movement through water.
• Extraction – Entire assembly can be lifted via hoist, rope rescue, or other means without compromising spinal support.
