The Rapid Access Pouch (RAP) Stop The Bleed Kit, is a small, convenient, easy access hemorrhage control kit.  This kit includes a RAP Mollie Tourniquet Carrier, an Emergency Bandage and the Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet (TMT™).
