Compact Casualty Transport Without the Bulk of a Traditional Litter

The 6:8 Medical Solutions Lite Fighter™ Poleless Litter is a lightweight, highly compact casualty transport solution designed for situations where carrying a traditional rigid litter is impractical.

Constructed from durable ripstop nylon, the Lite Fighter features eight integrated carry handles and three casualty securing straps, providing multiple personnel with convenient carry positions during patient movement.

A key feature of the Lite Fighter is its hook-and-loop center opening, allowing access to the casualty while positioned on the litter. The litter also incorporates a 75g heat-reflective insulated center pad, adding an additional layer of protection between the casualty and the environment.

When not in use, the Lite Fighter rolls into an exceptionally compact package for storage on or inside medical bags, vehicles, and tactical equipment.

The LFPL-BL is the Black configuration of the Lite Fighter Poleless Litter.
