• Foldable Drag Litter System (FDLS): The FDLS is a compact, accordion-fold design that resists breaking and allows for rapid deployment in freezing temperatures. Traditional rolled litters become stiff and brittle in freezing conditions, making them difficult to use, but the FDLS retains flexibility and can be deployed quickly. The litter’s foldable design allows for compact storage and rapid opening when needed. Additionally, the FDLS includes an affixed patient transport system, enabling it to be dragged or carried efficiently in a variety of environments. The integrated insulated cocoon design provides added thermal protection, ensuring the patient retains heat during transport.
