BLACKLiteĀ® Composite Tactical Litter

Ultra-Lightweight Carbon Fiber Casualty Evacuation System

The BLACKLiteĀ® Composite Tactical Litter is a compact, ultra-lightweight, and rigid casualty evacuation platform specifically engineered for Special Operations Forces, tactical teams, rescue personnel, and emergency medical providers operating in constrained and austere environments. Designed and manufactured in France using aerospace-grade carbon fiber technologies, the BLACKLiteĀ® delivers exceptional strength, portability, and operational reliability while maintaining an extremely compact footprint.

Weighing only approximately 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg), the BLACKLiteĀ® litter provides a rapid-deployment casualty evacuation solution capable of supporting casualties up to 330 lbs (150 kg), including equipment loadout. The foldable telescopic design allows the litter to collapse into a compact carry pouch measuring approximately 16 x 4 x 4 inches, enabling easy integration into vehicles, tactical kits, maritime operations, and rapid-response platforms.

The BLACKLiteĀ® system was purpose-built for tactical casualty evacuation, prolonged field care, confined-space rescue, mountain rescue, maritime operations, and disaster response where lightweight mobility and rapid deployment are critical.

World’s Lightest Rigid LitterAt 5.5 lb, the BlackliteĀ® is 3Ɨ lighter than a standard NATO rigid litter — removing the weight penalty that has long been a barrier to carrying a stretcher in fast-moving, load-critical operations.
Ultra-Compact MOLLE Storage – The dedicated transport bag (16 Ɨ 4 Ɨ 4 in) attaches via MOLLE to a vest, the side or underside of a medical pack, or directly to a combat rig — keeping the litter immediately accessible without occupying pack internal volume.
30-Second Field Deployment – The two retractable carbon fiber poles extend and lock into the canvas bed rapidly — no tools, no complex assembly. In an active casualty scenario, 30 seconds from bag to deployed litter is a tactically meaningful difference.
Carbon Fiber Construction – Retractable poles are engineered from the same high-performance carbon fiber composites used in aerospace and motorsport — delivering exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratios and corrosion immunity across austere environments.
330 lb Rated Load – With a 150 kg maximum recommended load, the BlackliteĀ® handles the full weight range of adult patients in full combat kit — gear, armor, and all — without structural compromise.
Integrated Canvas Carry Straps – The reinforced canvas bed includes 2 integrated straps that secure the patient during movement — eliminating the need for separate restraint systems and reducing the equipment footprint under fire.
Special Forces Validated – The BlackliteĀ® was designed in direct collaboration with combat first aid experts and has been operationally deployed by Special Forces units since 2020 — field-proven under the same conditions it was engineered for.
